After painting <em><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.onelifefineart.com\/?p=771\">Tempting Fruit<\/a><\/em> I became fascinated with this idea of a cupcake with wrapper seductively coming away from the base of the cake. I could not get the image of the heroine from <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Fragonnard's The Swing (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/The_Swing_%28Fragonard%29\" target=\"_blank\">Fragonard&#8217;s <em>The Swing<\/em><\/a> , as a frothy pink cupcake, out of my mind. So, determined to do a version of this painting, I set about creating some particularly frothy pink cupcakes as models for the upcoming paintings. <em>Cupcake Digest <\/em>is about me getting to know this new character in my paintings.
